We have enabled IP anonymisation (IP masking) in Google Analytics, so your IP address is truncated before transmission within the European Economic Area.

Contact enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for up to 3 years for legitimate business follow-up purposes, after which it is deleted. Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months in our Google Analytics account.
