Advanced Thermal Decontamination and Oxidation
Effluos N60D uses an advanced thermal decontamination and oxidation process to reduce microbiological load and minimize environmental impact. The technology efficiently neutralizes liquid waste from biochemistry, immunology, hematology, and other laboratory specialties — without chemical reagents and without dedicated consumables.
The system operates fully autonomously and integrates directly alongside laboratory analyzers, with no major changes to existing infrastructure. An integrated software platform enables continuous monitoring, automatic report generation, operational data archiving, and predictive maintenance.

Independently Validated Performance
Effluos N60D’s performance was independently verified through bacteriological and physico-chemical testing of liquid waste from biochemistry and immunology analyzers in active use at Spitalul Clinic de Urgență Târgu Mureș, connected to an Abbott Alinity ci analyzer. Samples were analyzed by an accredited water-testing laboratory (Aquaserv S.A.) against the discharge limits set by HG 188/2002 and NTPA-002/2002 for wastewater released into public sewer networks.
